As a RevOps Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing marketing automation, CRM workflows, and data-driven lead management. RESPONSIBILITIES OF A REVOPS SPECIALIST:

List Management & Data Accuracy:

  1. Manage, clean, and grow the niche master list and affiliate/channel partner lists with real-time accuracy.
  2. Oversee list cleaning, quality assurance, and scrubbing before integration into CRM workflows.
  3. Ensure all uploaded lists are segmented, verified, and enriched for optimal sales outreach.
  4. Drive list enhancement strategies in collaboration with the List Building Team.
  5. Deliver target quality SQLs per month via email, LinkedIn and other channels for BDR handoff, leveraging advanced sales technologies and outbound automation tools.
  6. Oversee physical outreach strategies (e.g., video sales letters, high-touch engagement) for high-value targets.
  7. Work closely with BDRs and AEs to execute multi-channel sales campaigns, optimizing engagement and follow-ups.
  8. Optimize cost per lead by refining automation, tools, and targeting.
  9. Source, implement, and manage all sales technologies, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing goals.
  10. Manage the CRM tech stack, including integrations with HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, BDR dialers, lead scrubbing tools, and personalization engines.
  11. Conduct regular audits to optimize tech stack efficiency, performance, redundancy, cost-effectiveness, and budget allocation.
  12. Reach target error rates for CRM data and duplicate entries.

Process Optimization:

  1. Continuously iterate on sales campaigns through A/B testing, optimizing messaging, engagement, and response rates.
  2. Identify conversion bottlenecks, adherence gaps, and leakage points to increase sales velocity and ROI.

CRM Setup, Customization & Sales Operations:

  1. Manage and optimize sales sequences, lead distribution, and BDR pipeline operations to streamline lead generation and sales processes.
  2. Design and implement custom automations for lead routing, sales sequences, and multi-channel engagement.
  3. Maintain CRM segmentation, lead scoring, and tagging structures to enhance lead distribution to BDRs, data accuracy and sales tracking.
  4. Upload and distribute new prospect lists, ensuring smooth lead flow and a balanced workload among BDRs.

Enablement, Training & Documentation:

  1. Oversee sales enablement by managing playbooks, collateral, assets, and training materials, ensuring process adherence targets are met.
  2. Provide training and support to ensure the sales team is effectively utilizing CRM, automation, and productivity tools effectively.
  3. Stay up to date with emerging sales technologies and psychology-driven messaging strategies.

Dashboard, Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  1. Develop and maintain sales dashboards, daily performance scorecards, and leadership reports.
  2. Monitor key sales and automation metrics (deliverability, spam rates, reply rates, lead conversions) to optimize campaigns.
  3. Create HubSpot dashboards, pipeline reports, and rolled-up performance analytics for leadership.
  4. Provide regular insights and actionable recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and automation efficiencies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum of two years of experience managing CRM systems, automation workflows, and marketing campaigns.
  2. HubSpot certification in RevOps or equivalent demonstrated skill and experience.
  3. Demonstrated mastery of sales technologies (advanced Excel, AI automation tools, Apollo etc)
  4. Expertise in marketing automation, lead nurturing strategies, and sales funnel optimization.
  5. Experience integrating CRM platforms with advertising tools, scheduling software, and third-party automation solutions.
  6. Strong project management skills to handle complex workflow dependencies and cross-functional initiatives.
  7. Ability to analyze performance metrics, optimize automation workflows, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  8. Experience with API integrations for advanced CRM automation.
  9. Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools and chatbot workflows.
  10. Background in MSP marketing, B2B sales processes, or technology services.

JOB TYPE:

Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm EST)
