Job Summary

We seek an experienced RevOps Manager to oversee and optimize revenue-driving systems, processes, and technologies. The ideal candidate has enterprise sales operations experience, proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Zendesk, Google Analytics, and a proven ability to align strategy with operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Revenue Process Optimization
  2. Collaborate across teams to streamline revenue processes and improve productivity and reporting.
  3. CRM Management (Salesforce & HubSpot)
  4. Administer and configure Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring alignment with revenue strategies and data integrity.
  5. Revenue Technology Stack Management (Outreach, Zendesk)
  6. Manage Outreach automation and Zendesk integration to support customer success and sales productivity.
  7. Data Analytics & Reporting
  8. Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable revenue insights.
  9. Revenue Forecasting & Planning
  10. Partner with leadership to develop accurate revenue forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
  11. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  12. Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer success, and IT to align operations with business goals.
  13. System & Process Documentation
  14. Maintain comprehensive documentation for continuity and compliance.
  15. Training & Enablement
  16. Support teams with training on tools and processes, driving system adoption.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years in Revenue or Sales Operations, with enterprise software experience.
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration and optimization.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, Zendesk for operations and automation.
  • Strong data analysis, forecasting, and BI skills.
  • Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and revenue models.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.
  • Experience with fast-growing enterprise sales teams in RevOps roles.
