Wilder Institute is seeking a Development Coordinator in Calgary to provide essential administrative support to the Chief Development & External Relations Officer and the Director of Development. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certificate in administration or related fields is an asset.
  • Experience with charities and fundraising teams is preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for internal and external audiences.
  • Confidentiality and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and manage team admin tasks.
  • Order office supplies and donor materials; support special projects.
  • Oversee development volunteers and onboarding for new staff.
  • Provide internal communications such as the department newsletter.
  • Support the CDEO and DOD with calendar management, travel, and donor hosting logistics.
  • Assist with moves management and Tessitura record-keeping when needed.
