Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in project management (residential or mixed-use development)
2. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3. Experience in design, permitting, and construction management
4. Proficiency in City of Calgary permitting processes, building codes, and construction methodologies
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, Procore

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the entire project lifecycle (design, permitting, construction)
2. Lead and manage consultant teams (architects, engineers, general contractors)
3. Solve design/construction challenges and develop solutions
4. Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and budget adherence
5. Implement systems and processes to support scaling operations
