The City of Brantford seeks a Director of Development Engineering, a full-time on-site leadership role in Waterloo, ON. You will oversee land development and municipal infrastructure projects, lead development engineering teams, review designs and reports, and ensure alignment with standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration with planning, public works, and external consultants is essential to coordinate scope and budgets.

Competenze

• PM skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and setting technical standards
• End-to-end development of infrastructure solutions and technical decision support
• Familiarity with engineering tools, data systems and workflow automation
• P.Eng. or equivalent with municipal/civil engineering experience
