Job summary

University of Calgary is seeking a Full-time Limited Term Development Coordinator for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. The role supports the Director of Development and UCVM by ensuring accurate donor information, coordinating meetings, processing donations, and advancing donor stewardship at a time-limited engagement.

The position requires a university degree and at least 2 years in a fundraising or related setting, with strong organization and discretion for handling confidential

Qualifications

• University degree or related education preferred and a minimum of 2 years directly related experience.
• Experience with Blackbaud CRM and Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor meetings and prepare briefing notes or presentations.
• Process donations and donor designations following office procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date donor and prospect records in Blackbaud CRM.
• Support donor stewardship activities including thank-you letters and events.
• Coordinate fundraising, sponsorship and donor engagement activities.
