Job summary

Primaris REIT is seeking a dedicated Developer at our Toronto Head Office. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable Yardi solutions, reports, and integrations while supporting ERP systems and ongoing data migrations.

Key tasks include designing Yardi customizations, maintaining SSRS/YSR reports, and coordinating projects with vendors and IT teams. A strong SQL and ERP background is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of SQL experience.
• Minimum 5 years of development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting ERP or accounting systems.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support Yardi customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
• Develop and support Yardi Voyager reports using SQL, SSRS, and YSR.
• Design and maintain integrations between Yardi and other systems via APIs and ETL tools.
• Support data conversion, migration, validation, and testing for Yardi implementations.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for reporting and processes.
• Coordinate Yardi-related projects including implementations and upgrades.
• Provide second/third-level support for Yardi incidents and requests.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, reports, and processes.

Vacancy Status: Replacement

Role

As the Developer you will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and internal IT team members to deliver scalable and effective solutions that support business operations. You will also:

• Design, develop, maintain, and support Yardi customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
• Develop and support Yardi Voyager reports using SQL, SSRS, and Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR).
• Design and maintain integrations between Yardi and other internal and external systems using APIs and ETL tools.
• Support data conversion, migration, validation, and testing activities for Yardi implementations and upgrades.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects to support reporting and business processes.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Coordinate Yardi-related projects including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Work with business users, vendors, consultants, and internal IT team to deliver solutions and support user acceptance testing.
• Manage releases, upgrades, patches, and regression testing activities.
• Provide second and third-level support for Yardi-related incidents and service requests.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, reports, integrations, business processes, and support procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
• Perform ongoing maintenance tasks and upgrades to key systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Compensation:

Expected Salary Range

CAD $90,000 – $110,000
