Job summary

Performance Kia Mayfield is seeking a Detailer to join our dynamic team in Brampton, Ontario. You will perform detailing services, wash, wax, and buff vehicles to dealership standards while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and following all procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of detailing experience, a valid Ontario driver’s license, and a positive, collaborative attitude. This is a full-time permanent position with flexible hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive detailer experience is required.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Experience in detailing vehicles using professional cleaning chemicals.
• Experienced in all aspects of vehicle reconditioning.
• Experience in buffing vehicles.
• Ability to utilize power tools while maintaining safety practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
• Capable of working in a collaborative environment while providing a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailing services that exceed customer’s needs.
• Adhere to processes and procedures while administering professional cleaning chemicals to surfaces.
• Advanced ability to operate automatic and manual vehicles as required.
• Execute the washing, waxing, and buffing of vehicles to company standards.
• Clean vehicle windows inside and out, considering tinting agents if applied.
• Initiate visual inspections to ensure the product meets standards.
• Organize cleaning tools and equipment for a clean workstation.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Other duties as required by management.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Perform detailing services that exceed customer’s needs.

• Organize cleaning tools and equipment to maintain a clean work station.
• Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
• Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
• Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

Job Type:

Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage):

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
