Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is opening Kia Vaughan in Vaughan, Ontario, and seeks an Automotive Detailer to prepare vehicles to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will clean and prepare new and pre-owned vehicles, apply protective products, and ensure detailing is completed on schedule. Prior detailing or dealership experience is a plus, and a reliable, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing or vehicle-cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous dealership experience is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining established quality standards.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and polish vehicle exteriors.
• Apply waxes, sealants, and other protective products to surfaces.
• Vacuum interiors and remove dust, dirt, debris.
• Clean upholstery, carpets, floor mats, glass, dashboards, and other surfaces.
• Shampoo carpets and upholstery when required.
• Clean wheels, tires, door jambs, and other exterior components.
• Inspect vehicles for stains, damage, or concerns and report issues.
• Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for display and customer delivery.
• Complete detailing work accurately within timelines.
• Move and park vehicles safely on dealership property.

The Opportunity

Pay Range:

$20.00–$24.00 per hour

The Automotive Detailer will be responsible forcleaning and preparing new, pre-owned, service, and customer vehicles inaccordance with dealership quality standards. The successful candidate willdemonstrate strong attention to detail, effective time management, and pride indelivering consistently high-quality results.

Dilawri Group in Ontario is activelyseeking an Automotive Detailer to join the opening team at Kia Vaughan.

Responsibilities

• Wash,dry, and polish vehicle exteriors.
• Applywaxes, sealants, and other approved protective products to vehicle surfaces.
• Vacuumvehicle interiors and remove dust, dirt, and debris.
• Cleanupholstery, carpets, floor mats, glass, dashboards, consoles, and other interior surfaces using appropriate products and equipment.
• Shampoocarpets and upholstery when required.
• Cleanwheels, tires, door jambs, and other exterior components.
• Cleanengines and engine compartments using approved products and procedures.
• Inspectvehicles for stains, damage, or other concerns and report any issues promptly.
• Preparenew and pre-owned vehicles for display and customer delivery.
• Completeassigned detailing work accurately and within established timelines.
• Safelymove and park vehicles on dealership property as required.
• Maintaindetailing equipment, tools, and supplies in proper working condition.
• Keepthe detailing area clean, organized, and safe.
• Followall product-handling instructions, workplace health and safetyrequirements, and dealership procedures.
• Workcollaboratively with the Sales, Service, and Lot Operations teams.
• Performother duties required to support dealership operations.

Qualifications

• Previousautomotive detailing or vehicle-cleaning experience is preferred but notrequired.

• Abilityto perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Abilityto work in varying temperatures and conditions.
• ValidOntario driver’s licence with at least three years of licensed drivingexperience and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Abilityto safely operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions isconsidered an asset.
