Job summary

Join the Dilawri Group of Companies as a Lot Attendant for the Kia Vaughan opening in Vaughan, Ontario. Help launch a brand-new dealership and manage the vehicle lot from day one, ensuring organization, safety, and professional presentation.

You will assist with vehicle prep, movement, deliveries, dealer trades, and general lot maintenance while providing courteous service to customers and team members. This is a hands-on, rollout-position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with at least three years of licensed driving experience.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and organized.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Effective time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and organize vehicles to maximize space and present a professional-looking lot.
  • Move and park vehicles safely around the dealership property.
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage; report issues promptly.
  • Label vehicles with required information and ensure signage is correct.
  • Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, including washing and fueling as needed.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing new and pre-owned inventory.
  • Participate in dealer trades, pickups, and other driving tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the lot and surrounding outdoor areas.
  • Follow safety procedures and report hazards or damages.

The Opportunity

Dilawri Group in Ontario is activelyseeking a Lot Attendant to join the opening team at Kia Vaughan.

Pay Range:

$18.00–$20.00 per hour

The Lot Attendant will support the dealership’sdaily operations by maintaining an organized, safe, and professional-lookingvehicle lot. The successful candidate will assist with vehicle preparation,movement, deliveries, dealer trades, and general lot maintenance whileproviding courteous service to customers and dealership team members.

Responsibilities
  • Arrangeand organize vehicles to maximize available space and maintain anattractive, professional-looking lot.
  • Safelymove and park vehicles throughout the dealership property.
  • Inspectvehicles for cleanliness, visible damage, and other concerns, and promptlyreport any issues.
  • Ensurevehicles are properly labelled and display all required information.
  • Preparevehicles for scheduled customer deliveries, including washing and fuellingas required.
  • Assistwith receiving and organizing new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
  • Participatein dealer trades, vehicle pickups and drop-offs, and other drivingassignments.
  • Maintainthe cleanliness and overall appearance of the dealership lot andsurrounding outdoor areas.
  • Assistwith sweeping, waste removal, and snow clearing as required.
  • Keepvehicle keys organized and follow established key-control procedures.
  • Providecourteous and professional assistance to customers and dealership teammembers.
  • Followall dealership safety procedures and immediately report hazards or vehicledamage.
  • Performother duties required to support dealership operations.
Qualifications
  • ValidOntario driver’s licence with at least three years of licensed drivingexperience.
  • Abilityto safely operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
  • Reliable,hardworking, and organized.
  • Strongattention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Effectivetime-management and prioritization skills.
  • Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Comfortableworking outdoors year-round and in varying weather conditions.
  • Abilityto perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing,walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Previousdealership, lot attendant, vehicle preparation, or automotive experienceis considered an asset.
