Qualifications

Why Join The {Product Definition Integration (PDI)} Team

Our group is responsible for integrating CAD models to represent a complete engine. The selected candidate will support design teams throughout the new product introduction process, ensuring technical quality of the deliverables. Responsibilities include generating assembly and installation drawings, and maintaining the airworthiness of existing platforms. This role involves collaboration with design, project engineering, configuration, and planning teams. It is a full-time, on-site position in Longueuil, with flexible hours.

Daily Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Engine Digital Mock-Ups (DMU) by integrating CAD models.
• Develop and update technical documentation based on engineering data.
• Manage External Digital Mock-Up (EMU) data, ensuring compliance with IP and ITC regulations.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to ensure accurate technical documentation.
• Provide technical information to meet requirements and resolve issues.
• Incorporate Change Orders (COs) into documentation.
• Adapt to new procedures, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to internal drawing reviews and support engineering, production, or customer service tasks.

Qualifications for Success

• College Degree or higher (two years)
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Experience with CATIA or other CAD/CAM systems
• Understanding of basic drafting principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organizational skills
• Knowledge of ENOVIA, ECATES, DNA
• Assembly or hands-on experience
• Project management and problem-solving skills

This position requires good English skills for reading and understanding technical documentation and communicating with international clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
