Job summary

Lara-Tech Ltd. in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking a full-time Network Support Technician to service clients in the greater Ottawa area.

You will set up and support desktops and laptops (PC/Mac), configure backups, provide onsite and remote service, and offer mobile support for iPhone and Android. Microsoft 365 management and desktop/cloud apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) are part of daily duties; you must communicate well, analyze problems, and work independently.

Qualifications

• 3-year college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and analyze problems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Desktop/Cloud apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Windows and macOS desktop environments.

Responsibilities

• Setup and support desktops, laptops PC/MAC (Windows 7-11, OSX).
• Configure backups and data protection.
• Perform onsite and remote service to clients.
