Job summary

Teknion is seeking a Design Services Coordinator within the Canadian Marketing department to support showroom renovations and product launches across Canada. Working with the Manager, Design Services, you will help track drawings, budgets, contractor schedules, and administrative tasks, leveraging a background in architecture or design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day project execution across multiple projects.
• Maintain and organize project documentation (contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Track RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action lists, and project reports.
• Support development and maintenance of project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain timelines.
• Review and process invoices, progress draws, and change orders.
