Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines with dealers and customers.
• Oversee specifications with Technical Services.
• Review custom orders with Sales and Product Engineering.
• Attend on-site meetings and oversee mock-ups.
• Coordinate delivery, installation, and logistics.
• Manage direct sales and payment resolutions.
• Resolve product deficiencies and warranty claims.
• Lead project management oversight with GCs and dealers.
