Job summary

designQ, part of Qualico, is seeking a Coordinator, Showhomes in Edmonton. You will schedule Showhome Designer execution phases, monitor construction schedules, and manage wholesale purchases for departmental projects.

You will provide site support to Showhome Designers, update budgets upon project completion, and collaborate with Field Coordinators and marketing teams on Sales Centre layouts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of interior design and/or coordination experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Showhome Designer project execution phases and monitor construction schedules.
• Purchase wholesale products for showhomes and sales centres with tight timelines.
• Approve invoices for wholesale products.
• Collaborate with Field Coordinator and Builder Marketing on Sales Centre layouts.
• Execute Showhome and Sales Centre opening tasks with Field Coordinator.
• Assist Field Coordinator with periodic warehouse organization of wholesale product.
• Update Accounting and Builder Teams on asset locations.
• Collaborate on annual showhome budgets and quarterly maintenance.
• Support Showhome Designers with execution tasks and admin duties.
