Job summary

The Gentlemen Pros-1 is seeking a Warehouse Labourer at the Edmonton depot to coordinate daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, and technician support, ensuring field crews stay productive and prepared. You will manage purchase orders, supplier and courier communications, and entry of warehouse transactions in ServiceTitan, while keeping parts organized and ready by 6:45 a.m.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Strong data-entry and computer skills; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Ability to record purchase orders, inventory, and shipping documents accurately.
• Good organization, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for local pickups/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming products and returns.
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments and transfers.
• Maintain organized receiving, staging, and shipping areas.
• Coordinate technician orders and ensure parts are ready by 6:45 a.m.
• Communicate status and delays to technicians and leaders.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory recounts.
• Enter transactions in ServiceTitan and maintain data integrity.
• Keep depot clean, safe, and compliant with safety procedures.
