Job summary

Burly Boyz Moving & Storage in Edmonton is seeking a Fleet Maintenance & Warehouse Technician for the Edmonton Depot. This full-time, on-site role focuses on preventive maintenance, minor fixes, and warehouse duties to keep the fleet reliable through Alberta winters.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, address minor defects, and help ensure our yard and storage areas run smoothly. A valid Alberta license and independence are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance on trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment.
• Ability to follow a written checklist and service manual precisely.
• Comfort using computers to log records and learn fleet software.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (A-Service) on our Calgary fleet per checklist.
• Fix minor issues flagged during pre-trip inspections to avoid shop visits.
• Keep fleet winter-ready with block heaters, batteries, and air systems.
• Move units around the yard, shuttle trucks, and manage rental equipment.
• Operate the warehouse floor, receive/release items, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep depot, dock, and yard clean, safe, and ready to work.
