Job summary

Techtronic Industries Canada Inc. is seeking a proactive Shipper/Receiver to join our Milwaukee Tool team in Edmonton. The role oversees shipping/receiving, logs tools into our systems, and supports efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced service center.

You will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain an organized repair queue, and aim for same-day completion of repairs. The position requires a high school diploma, logistics experience, and the ability to learn new technologies

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Shipping/receiving experience essential.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
• Self-driven and motivated to excel daily.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to work in a team.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Physically able to lift/move heavy items as needed.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Log tools and equipment into the system accurately.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and document everything.
• Maintain an organized repair queue and prioritize key customers.
• Ship completed repairs the same day.
• Keep the warehouse safe and highly organized.
• Process instant repairs/replacements as needed.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Use technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with other tasks to support service center operations.
