Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire associates to build relationships with customers, peers, and team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business demands.
• Manage associate performance through development, feedback, rewards, and recognition.
• Analyze sales and operational reports to recommend improvements in inventory, organization, and merchandising to drive sales.
