Save-On-Foods in Surrey, BC, is hiring a Department Manager, Meat at the Clayton location. This full-time role (40 hours weekly) leads the department, coaches the team, and ensures a customer-first service culture while upholding health, safety, food safety, and merchandising standards.

You will analyze financial reports and KPIs, drive sales and loyalty initiatives, manage inventory counts, and support staffing and scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Food Safe Certification.
• Post-secondary education in a business-related field is an asset.
• Leadership experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
