Job summary

Bilinguallink is seeking a Department Manager to oversee in-store operations, drive sales, and lead a small team. This role focuses on coordinating activities within the department and achieving set objectives.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail experience, plus a high school diploma or college degree and management experience. Training opportunities are provided to develop leadership skills.
