Job summary

IGA extra Chouinard & Fils inc. is looking for a department manager who can coordinate activities and manage team expectations effectively.

You will oversee various management activities, ensure business readiness through effective inventory and budget management, and communicate clearly with your team. If you have retail experience and are interested in developing further through training opportunities, this role may be for you.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience is required.
• Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform various management activities within your department.

• Manage purchases, inventories, and price lists.

• ensure the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, salary productivity according to established standards in order to ensure business readiness;
• apply and respect the budgets related to his department.
