IGA Knowlton is seeking an Assistant Department Manager to join our team in Quebec, Canada. The role focuses on supporting the department manager with daily operations, team development, and inventory management to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in retail or customer service, holds a high school diploma or equivalent, and is ready to advance within a growing grocery environment at IGA Knowlton.

• perform day-to-day management activities within your department in collaboration with the department manager;
• provide team members with the feedback necessary for their professional development and the achievement of established objectives;
• collaborate with the production and customer service clerks; - Ensure the implementation of exceptional customer service
• in collaboration with the manager, ensure the management of inventories, price lists, marketing and salary productivity according to established standards in order to ensure business readiness;
