Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Canada is seeking a Department Manager to lead a busy department, oversee purchases, inventories, pricing, and marketing, and coach the team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or college degree with management experience.
• Department manager experience.

Responsibilities

• perform various management activities within your department;
