Independent Grocers Alliance in Montreal seeks a Department Manager to lead store departments and drive performance with a focus on team development and operational excellence.

You will oversee daily department activities, manage budgets, and coordinate inventories, pricing, marketing, and staff scheduling to ensure business readiness and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or college degree with management experience.
