Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Canada is seeking a department manager to lead day-to-day activities within the department, plan and coordinate operations, and drive performance. You will define objectives, communicate expectations, coach the team, manage purchases, inventories, price lists and marketing, and ensure budgets are met to keep the business ready for customers.
