Independent Grocers Alliance in Terrebonne, Canada is seeking a Department Manager to lead the department and drive daily operations.

You will oversee planning, staffing, and execution of department goals, while ensuring purchases, pricing, marketing, and inventory align with company standards to prepare the business for daily activities. This role requires leadership and a proactive approach to coaching and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or college degree with management experience.
• Experience as a department manager or related role.
