Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Saint-Sauveur is seeking a department manager to oversee operations within your department and lead a team to deliver strong customer service and sales.

The role requires 2 years of retail experience, plus a high school diploma or college degree with management experience. You will define objectives, manage purchases, inventories, and budgets while coaching the team to achieve results.
