Independent Grocers Alliance is seeking a department manager in Canada to lead and coordinate all activities within the department. The role emphasizes planning, inventory control, pricing, marketing, and productivity aligned with company standards.

You will define objectives and guide the team to achieve measurable results. Ideal candidates will manage purchases, budgets and department readiness while coaching staff to improve performance.
