Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Saint-Hyacinthe is seeking a Department Manager to coordinate daily department operations and drive performance. You will oversee staff, set objectives, and coach the team to meet company standards.

The role requires 2 years of retail experience, plus a high school diploma or college degree with management experience. You will manage purchases, inventories, pricing, marketing, and budget adherence while maintaining excellent customer service.
