Independent Grocers Alliance in Sainte-Julie, QC is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations in the store’s department. You will manage staff, set objectives, coach performance, and coordinate purchases, inventories, pricing and promotions to ensure readiness and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or college degree, and prior management experience.
