Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Saint-Amable, QC, is seeking a Department Manager to lead a busy store department, ensure product availability, optimize daily operations, and maintain high standards of customer service.

You will define objectives, coach the team, oversee purchasing, inventories, price lists, promotions, and budgets, communicate expectations, monitor performance, and drive improvements to meet company targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate activities.

Responsibilities
