Job summary

RONA is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a team, ensure store operations run smoothly, and deliver outstanding customer service in our Montreal area stores. You will supervise staff, coordinate merchandising, and manage schedules.

The role requires 5 years in personnel management, retail leadership and strong communication. You will drive promotions, recruit staff, and contribute to community involvement while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in personnel management.
• Experience managing a retail business.
• Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements.
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions.
• Supervise the replenishment process; manage promotional activities according to sales and initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility.
• Determine work schedule while complying with the labour budget and ensuring customer needs are met.
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
