Job summary

Robertson Human Asset Management is seeking a dynamic sales professional for the Greater Calgary area to drive growth in dental implant and digital dentistry solutions. You will lead territory expansion, identify new opportunities, and strengthen existing accounts to improve practice outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of B2B field sales, a hunter mentality, and strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

2+ years of proven B2B field sales in a competitive market.
Hunter mentality with ability to identify and close new opportunities.
Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
Disciplined territory planning and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Execute a strategic territory growth plan to deliver revenue and market share gains.
Identify, prospect, and convert new opportunities across Alberta.
Expand existing customer relationships through regular reviews and solution-based selling.
Build relationships with general dentists, specialists, and practice owners.
Participate in educational programs, industry meetings, trade shows, and events.
Partner with clinical and support teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
