Job summary

Medicom is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to lead growth in British Columbia. You will drive sales targets by building and maintaining long-term client relationships with dealers, key accounts, and end users, while promoting our dental products and marketing initiatives.

Based in British Columbia, you will travel within the territory, manage pipelines in Salesforce, and collaborate with the sales team to execute go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Strong customer focus with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with sound decision-making abilities.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel regularly to visit clients.
  • Experience in software training (an asset).
  • Experience as a dental hygienist or dental assistant (an asset).

  • Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with dealers, key accounts, and end users.
  • Achieve and exceed territory sales targets and KPIs.
  • Execute established marketing programs and campaigns effectively.
  • Proactively gather and communicate relevant competitive intelligence.
  • Develop customer plans and provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales opportunities and ongoing initiatives.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and market expertise.
  • Prepare and submit activity reports including call reports, monthly reports, and dealer usage reports.
  • Travel within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle (expenses reimbursed).

The Opportunity

Location : The candidate must be based in British Columbia and available to travel within the territory.

We are looking for a motivated Territory Manager to join our sales team. You will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. You will actively contribute to expanding our market presence within your territory while building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. You will strengthen the company’s image with customers and actively support the achievement of our strategic objectives. You will also actively promote company goals and objectives and execute with excellence on the marketing and sales go-to-market strategy.

What you will do

  • Execute established marketing programs and campaigns effectively
  • Proactively gather and communicate relevant competitive intelligence
  • Develop customer plans and provide strategic recommendations to management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales opportunities and ongoing initiatives
  • Consistently use Salesforce to track sales pipeline and activities
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, opportunities, and concerns
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and market expertise
  • Prepare and submit activity reports including call reports, monthly reports, and dealer usage reports
  • Participate in trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to better meet customer needs
  • Conduct regular customer visits to drive territory sales growth
  • Travel within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle (expenses reimbursed)
