Job summary

Endodontic Specialists - Bay & King Street is seeking a Dental Administrator to join our downtown Toronto practice full-time. You will welcome patients, manage the appointment schedule, and handle billing and insurance claims with a patient-centered approach.

Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience and familiarity with dental software are required. A clinical background is considered an asset, and we offer a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Experience with dental software programs required.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients upon arrival.
Optimize the daily appointment schedule.
Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate patient records.
Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
Process referral letters and organize/manage patient records and charts.
Proactively manage cancellations and address objections to keep appointments.
Complete patient billing, process payments, and submit insurance claims.
