Role Description

The Dental Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Oakville, ON. This role oversees the daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring an efficient, welcoming front desk experience. The Dental Office Manager coordinates staff schedules, supports clinical team needs, and maintains systems for billing, insurance, and patient records in alignment with practice policies and regulatory requirements. This position also monitors office productivity, implements process improvements, and supports practice growth initiatives.
