Westbrook Dental Centre is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to greet patients, manage daily scheduling, and maintain accurate patient records. The role supports the clinical team and ensures a smooth patient flow in a busy Calgary practice.
You will oversee recall systems, answer appointment inquiries, process referrals, and maintain patient charts. A minimum of 3 years in dental administration is preferred, with team lead experience an asset.
