Job summary

Dentalcorp, Canada's largest network of dental practices, is seeking a Dental Administration professional to welcome patients, optimize scheduling, and manage records.

You will handle recalls, inquiries, billing, and insurance claims while supporting a patient-centered environment. A minimum of 1 year in dental administration and experience with dental software are required; clinical background is an asset. Canadian work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression
  • Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps
  • Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
  • Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts
  • Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments
  • Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner

Your Role:

About You:

Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience is required

Experience with dental software programs is required

Clinical background is considered an asset
