Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression
  • Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps
  • Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
  • Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts
  • Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments
  • Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the practice through patient communication, scheduling, reception, and administrative tasks. We value professionalism, organization, adaptability, and teamwork in a supportive and respectful workplace.


Schedule:

Monday to Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM


Friday (Weeks 2 and 4): 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM


Saturday (Week 2): 9:0 AM - 1:00 PM

The wage for this Dental Administrator position is$17-$27/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:
