Job summary

Cornerstone Highstreet Dental in Calgary is seeking an administrative professional to support patient intake, scheduling, and records. The role focuses on welcoming patients, optimizing daily appointment flow, and maintaining accurate recall systems and databases.

Candidates should have at least one year of admin experience; dental software familiarity is a plus. Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required. The clinic emphasizes teamwork, growth, and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them.
  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps.
  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database.
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations.
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts.

About You:
