Good Shepherd Centres is seeking a Dental Administrative Assistant to provide reception and administrative support at the Barrett Centre for Crisis Support’s dental clinic. How You Will Make an Impact
Reporting to the Director, Barrett Centre for Crisis Support, the Dental Administrative Assistant provides administrative and reception support to the dental clinic and facilitates timely access to dental healthcare services.
The successful candidate will coordinate schedules for dental healthcare providers, manage patient appointments and referrals, maintain records and statistical information, and support communication between healthcare providers, patients, Good Shepherd programs, and community partners.
Working in accordance with Good Shepherd's Mission, Vision, and Values, the Dental Administrative Assistant will provide respectful, client-centred, culturally responsive service while supporting a Harm Reduction, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive approach.
