Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director, Marketing Operations to lead and optimize the marketing technology foundation for a high-growth B2B SaaS organization. You will own the Martech ecosystem, drive AI-enabled improvements, and ensure scalable processes across demand generation, customer marketing, and channel programs.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Martech, or related field.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI-powered marketing solutions.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo, LeanData, and Impartner (or similar).
  • Strong multi-touch attribution and source tracking experience.
  • Enrichment, scoring, lifecycle management, and routing expertise.
  • Data governance, data hygiene, GDPR/privacy practices.
  • Budget management and ROI measurement in Martech.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the marketing tech stack, including automation, CRM integrations, attribution, and partner portal systems.
  • Manage the Martech budget and vendor ecosystem, contracts, renewals, and ROI accountability.
  • Identify and implement AI opportunities to improve productivity, lead quality, and pipeline speed.
  • Build and maintain a source attribution framework linking pipeline to campaigns and partner activities.
  • Own enrichment processes for accurate segmentation, scoring, and routing.
  • Design and manage lead lifecycle processes, including partner leads and handoffs between Marketing, Channel, and Sales.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Customer Marketing to translate campaigns into scalable processes.
  • Establish data governance and hygiene across marketing systems, including consent and privacy requirements.
  • Define and maintain shared Marketing/Sales standards for funnel stages, MQLs/SQLs, SLAs, and lead handoffs.
  • Partner with Analytics to develop reporting and dashboards for funnel performance and revenue attribution.
  • Own source tracking, lead routing, attribution for indirect/channel programs, incl. partner portals.
  • Ensure alignment across direct and partner-led go-to-market motions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Marketing Operations team for scalable performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Channel, Analytics, IT, and Legal to improve systems and processes.

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Marketing Operations based in the United States.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and optimizing the operational and technology foundation of a high-growth B2B marketing organization.

You will own the marketing technology ecosystem and ensure it is integrated, reliable, scalable, and aligned with revenue goals.

The role has broad ownership across demand generation, customer marketing, lead lifecycle management, attribution, data governance, and partner-sourced pipeline.

You will use data, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve marketing efficiency, lead quality, pipeline visibility, and speed of execution.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Channel, Analytics, IT, and Legal, you will create consistent processes and measurement across direct and indirect go-to-market motions.

You will also lead and develop the Marketing Operations team, establishing a scalable, high-performing operating model within Revenue Operations.

This opportunity is remote in the United States, with the option to work from a Toronto office.

Accountabilities
  • Own and continuously optimize the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM integrations, attribution, enrichment, lead routing, and partner portal systems.
  • Manage the Martech budget and vendor ecosystem, including platform selection, contracts, renewals, performance evaluation, and ROI accountability.
  • Identify, test, and implement AI and automation opportunities that improve marketing productivity, lead quality, operational efficiency, and execution speed.
  • Build and maintain a robust source attribution framework connecting pipeline and revenue to campaigns, channels, and partner activities.
  • Own account and lead enrichment processes to support accurate segmentation, scoring, routing, and targeting.
  • Design and manage lead lifecycle processes, including partner-sourced and partner-referred leads, with a focus on speed-to-lead and effective handoffs between Marketing, Channel, and Sales.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Customer Marketing leaders to translate campaign strategies into scalable operational processes, from campaign setup and segmentation through funnel measurement.
  • Establish strong data governance and hygiene across marketing systems, including field mapping, deduplication, data quality, and consent and privacy requirements.
  • Define and maintain shared Marketing and Sales standards for funnel stages, MQLs, SQLs, service-level agreements, and lead handoffs.
  • Partner with Analytics to develop reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility into funnel performance, attribution, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
  • Own source tracking, lead routing, attribution, and partner lead flows for indirect and channel programs, including partner portal integrations.
  • Ensure consistent measurement and operational alignment across direct and partner-led go-to-market motions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Operations team while building a scalable and high-performing operating function.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Channel, Analytics, IT, and Legal teams to evaluate, implement, and continuously improve systems, integrations, and operating processes.
Requirements
  • 8--12 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Martech, or a related function, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce, with a proven track record of optimizing marketing technology ecosystems for reliability, scale, and business impact.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing AI-powered and automated solutions within marketing or Revenue Operations environments.
  • Experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, LeanData, and Impartner, or comparable platforms supporting enrichment, routing, and partner operations, is preferred.
  • Strong experience with multi-touch attribution and source tracking across demand generation, customer marketing, and channel programs.
  • Proven expertise in account and lead enrichment, lead scoring, lifecycle management, routing architecture, and funnel operations.
  • Experience establishing data governance, data hygiene, field mapping, deduplication, and privacy/compliance practices such as GDPR.
  • Experience managing Martech budgets and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, renewals, and ROI measurement.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales alignment, with experience translating marketing strategies into scalable systems, workflows, and processes.
  • Experience supporting indirect channel and partner programs, including partner portals, partner lead routing, and source attribution, is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop operations professionals and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to turn complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, initiatives, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Analytics, IT, Channel, and Legal.
