Job summary

Wealthsimple in Canada is seeking a Manager, Demand Generation to own programs across paid media, organic, lifecycle, and referrals, driving high-intent prospects and converting them into funded clients. You will partner with Growth, Sales, Product Marketing, and Commercial Operations to optimize demand quality and downstream value.

You’ll build segments, define qualified prospects with Sales, implement lead routing and scoring, and maintain funnel reporting from first touch to funded accounts.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand across multiple channels.
• Hands-on experience in paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic.
• Experience generating demand across distinct consumer segments; messaging and channel mix must shift between a first-time investor and a high-net-worth prospect.
• Strong cross-functional partnering with Sales and Product Marketing.
• A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate work and make AI a core part of how you work.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to diagnose funnel problems and prioritize opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of consumer demand generation across paid media, organic, lifecycle, and referrals — focusing on quality of demand and downstream value.
• Build demand programs that feed Sales and advisory teams for high-value client segments and define what a qualified prospect looks like.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial Ops on lead definitions, routing, scoring, and feedback loops; participate in pipeline reviews.
• Build and maintain clear reporting across the demand funnel from first touch through sign-up, funding, and retained client value.
• Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages; embed AI insights into campaigns.
• Contribute to the quarterly demand plan with the Commercial Growth lead and own delivery against it.
