Job summary

Alloy River in Canada is seeking a senior demand generation lead to own the online growth strategy as we expand our accounting-firm client base. You will start with one firm, prove the playbook, and scale across Canada and the US with data-driven decisions and AI-enabled outreach.

You will design messaging, select channels, run experiments, and build a repeatable playbook. You will report progress to leadership and drive outcomes with speed and rigor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation, including at least 2 years building a demand engine.
• Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch with measurable wins.
• Explicit, provable wins showing deal flow improvement.
• Driven by metrics, results, and momentum with continuous improvement.
• Willing to operate on day one without BDRs.

Responsibilities

• Own online demand generation end to end from first touch to qualified lead.
• Design messaging, select channels, and run experiments to fill the pipeline.
• Identify and fix funnel leaks and improve performance.
• Build and adapt a repeatable playbook across multiple firms and markets.
• Report metrics to leadership and the board; leverage AI to extend impact.
