Job summary

Wealthsimple is seeking a Manager, Demand Generation to lead demand programs across paid media, organic, lifecycle, and referrals. You will focus on high-quality consumer demand and funnel downstream value, partnering with Growth, Sales, Product Marketing, and Commercial Operations.

The role requires 4–6 years in demand generation, hands-on paid media experience, and a habit of using AI to accelerate work. This is a hybrid Canada-based position with strong emphasis on data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand across multiple channels.
• Experience with a self-serve motion and enabling sales teams.
• Hands-on experience in paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic.
• Ability to shift messaging and channel mix between different consumer segments.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of consumer demand generation across paid media, organic, lifecycle, and referrals with focus on demand quality and downstream client value.
• Build demand programs that feed sales and advisory teams for high-value segments and measure conversions.
• Define lead definitions, routing, scoring, and feedback loops with Sales and Commercial Ops.
• Maintain clear reporting across the demand funnel from first touch to funded accounts.
