Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures high-ticket merchandise is secured in designated locations per procedures.
• Processes direct and local shipments promptly to move goods to the sales floor.
• Maintains a clean receiving area and completes required documentation.
• Follows safe work practices and proper use of equipment (box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders).
• Collaborates with Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve issues.
• Safeguards backdoor access and key controls per security standards.
• Follows cold chain procedures and documents information using logs/apps.
• Trains and supports other Direct Store Delivery Associates.
