Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking a Program Manager to support a Store Tech portfolio, with emphasis on POS platforms and in-store applications. You will develop comprehensive program plans, engage executives and stakeholders, and coordinate multi-squad delivery to achieve milestones.
The role requires strong financial oversight, risk management, and experience with SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban, enabling value-driven solutions across store technology platforms.
Support a portfolio of work in the Store Tech platform group with a high focus on POS platforms and In Store Applications.
Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program’s objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, Business sponsors, and team members.
Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for program initiative.
Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards, to provide oversight and guidance.
Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program.
Identify and assess program risks.
Monitor the progress of squad delivery within the program, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.
Oversee the management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budget.
Facilitate the closure of the program upon successful completion.
Training and guidance (Establish guidelines) to the team members across squads to establish consistency.

Our typical hiring range is between $80,000.00 and $131,000.00 per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
