Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking a Program Manager to support a Store Tech portfolio, with emphasis on POS platforms and in-store applications. You will develop comprehensive program plans, engage executives and stakeholders, and coordinate multi-squad delivery to achieve milestones.

The role requires strong financial oversight, risk management, and experience with SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban, enabling value-driven solutions across store technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Budgeting, forecasting, accruals, invoice processing, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy.
• Experience delivering complex initiatives across multiple platforms as a key enabler team with emphasis on In Store Applications.
• Define project outcomes, MVPs, epics, user stories, releases, and milestones to align with business objectives.
• Develop and manage resource plans leveraging FTEs and globally distributed partner resources.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting scope, timeline, and budget; escalate when needed.
• Apply SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban to drive efficient project execution.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Cultivate an outcome-focused mindset and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of work in the Store Tech platform group with a high focus on POS platforms and In Store Applications.
• Develop a comprehensive program plan with objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Identify and engage executives, sponsors, and team members; maintain regular communication for buy-in.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, and advisory boards for oversight.
• Coordinate resources across multiple squads and manage changes in scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor KPIs and milestones to track progress and delivery across squads.
• Oversee program risk management and escalation processes.
• Guide teams with guidelines to establish consistency across squads.
