Skills and Responsibilities:

• Experience in Aerospace industry handling AR management processes.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
• Preference for candidates with end-to-end Order to Cash experience and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Spotfire, and Tableau.
• Ability to manage virtual, geographically dispersed teams and understand cultural nuances.
• Strong technological orientation and leadership in implementing new technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and confidence in engaging with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage through indirect authority and matrix organizations.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience in managing outsourced services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through client up-sell.
• Implementing governance rigor, conducting regular reviews with senior stakeholders, and collaborating globally to create and commercialize new offerings.
• Managing multiple client engagements, establishing processes, metrics, and reporting.
• Leading the introduction of breakthrough technology solutions and managing operations to meet/exceed P&L expectations, leveraging lean six sigma frameworks.
